Discuss the changing roles and activities we experience as we age. Learn what builds your energy and enthusiasm for life and what drains it. Explore strategies to face transitions and changes as we age and share ideas on finding ways to cope with changing lifestyles. Discuss ageism, perceptions and attitudes on aging and how they affect our everyday choices and actions. Share your change or transition stories with the group and experience a short reading of a story on change. The session will end with an exercise and stretching routine.
