Drum Away The Winter Blues - UNWIND YOUR MIND

A community drum circle is a gathering of people, mostly non-musicians, who come together to have fun, experience the healing energy of the drums and share in a sense of community.  As you unwind your mind you will experience increased energy, reduced symptoms of chronic pain, lowered blood pressure and heart rate, reduced stress and anxiety, improved memory, reduced depression, an improved immune system, improved motor skills and deep relaxation. Most importantly you will come away with a sense of hope and inner joy along with a deep feeling of unity with the group.  As our rhythms join together, we also join together as an accepting and nurturing community, where everyone matters and everyone is equal. No drumming experience is necessary and all are welcome. Drums are supplied or bring your own.
